These assessments are tailored to specific organisations and positions in order to provide the employer with information about a prospective employee's personality style, current psychological status, adjustment to stress, coping styles and/or cognitive capabilities.
Our psychological screening services enable employers to identify specific psychological risks to staff that either emerge from, or are exacerbated by, their place of work. These may include trauma and grief reactions, depression, anxiety, problematic substance use or an inability to cope with work and family demands. The results can also be utilised comparatively pre and post deployment to assess the impact of the specific deployment and activities. We offer online and computerised psychological testing options and rapid results and report turnaround times.
