Ben is a registered psychologist with a passion for promoting mental health and wellbeing in individuals and groups. Ben applies practical problem-solving approaches to solving client challenges, utilising contemporary models and frameworks to understand and measure complex challenges. He continues to place a high value on mental health and recognises the impact of wellbeing promotion on the workplace and the individual.

Ben’s previous roles across Sydney and Melbourne have seen him delivering best-practice assessments for selection and development across various industries. Completing his Masters of Organisational Psychology at Deakin University, Ben studied the workplace factors impacting the complex return-to-work experience for cancer survivors. Ben’s volunteer roles have seen him design and deliver youth leadership programs and facilitate men’s mental health forums across Sydney.

Ben has experience facilitating for broad audiences on topics such as values, leadership development, mental health, and organisational psychology. Ben takes an inclusive and engaging approach to workshop facilitation to maximise participant experience. Ben places a high value on early intervention and prevention, having experienced first-hand the impact of proactive training and experiential learning for mental health promotion
