Bonita Lousich is a registered psychologist who is passionate about preventative mental health and takes a proactive, evidence-based approach to mental health strategy, psychoeducation and wellbeing in the workplace. She is an experienced facilitator and takes an experiential approach with her workshops and fosters an inclusive environment for participants.  Bonita is adept at communicating complex psychological principles in an approachable, easy to understand and engaging manner.  

Bonita has a Masters in Organisational Psychology and has experience in team development, recruitment and selection, organisational change, coaching, vicarious trauma, psychosocial risk assessment and psychological wellbeing in the workplace. She has worked with clients across a range of industries in both private and public sectors, including policing, mining, higher education, and leadership coaching for a variety of private organisations. 

Bonita has completed her research in the mining industry (both domestic and international) – researching the impact of the FIFO lifestyle on both workers and their families and has made recommendations to improve psychological wellbeing in mining by contributing to the parliamentary inquiry into FIFO work practices in Queensland. Bonita has also completed Human Factor research into accidents and incidents on a mine site.
