Chris is a highly experienced Organisational Psychologist with diverse experience in workplace wellbeing. Key areas of experience include psychological injury management, workplace rehabilitation, workplace trauma response, supporting leaders, and employee counselling. 

Since registering as a psychologist in 2003 Chris has delivered services to maintain and improve employee wellbeing  across many public and private sector industries including financial services, education, emergency services, transportation, and health. Organisations Chris has collaborated with include NSW Police, British Army, NSW Department of Education, NSW Ambulance, Westpac, NAB, CBA, ANZ Bank, NRL, Sydney Trains, Westfield Group and Telstra.

Chris has a passion for developing employee resilience through training and coaching whilst also working with organisations to identify and manage workplace psychosocial factors that impact mental health.   Chris is trained and experienced in the use of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Brief Solution Focused Therapy to deliver effective interventions at the individual level. Chris is  also an experienced group trainer and facilitator.
