Emma is an experienced Clinical Psychologist with a demonstrated history of working across Clinical, Organisational and Forensic Settings. Emma’s passion and expertise lies in the development and delivery of effectual training programs, and workplace interventions that allow workplaces to flourish. Emma’s programs support the psychological health, resilience and long-term performance of individuals and teams within a business, as well as the broader organisation.  In her role she has provided Leadership training across large organisations; She is no stranger to presenting to large audiences, including CEO’s, executive management teams, human resource managers and whole organisations.

Emma’s approach as a presenter and keynote speaker is warm, highly engaging and one that demystifies psychological concepts so that they are meaningful and practically applicable to enhancing productivity, both at a personal and organisational level. Emma utilises her psychological expertise to translate best practice and evidence-based research into information that ensures solutions create a lasting impact
