Haydee is a highly experienced registered psychologist with over 20 years’ consulting experiences within clinical and organisational fields. Her areas of expertise include coaching, counselling, and facilitation across a broad range of sectors, organisational levels and geographies. Having worked in leadership development for 15 years, Haydee has developed a deep understanding of the impact that leaders create in developing psychologically healthy and flourishing workplaces. Her roles have included providing support in the assessment of psychosocial risk and the development of key skills to overcome leadership challenges.

Haydee has helped hundreds of professionals through training and coaching to build emotional resilience, navigate uncertainty, effectively manage stress and hold difficult conversations. Her approachable style creates a flexible learning environment that is focused on the needs of participants, whilst encouraging openness to new ideas and a willingness to share experiences.

Previously based in London, Haydee has worked across Europe, Middle East, Africa, North America and Asia Pacific. Her global client list includes Coca-Cola, Shell, HSBC, Vodafone, Save the Children, Johnson & Johnson, Lion, Novartis, AstraZeneca, NAB, CBA, Westpac and QBE amongst others. She has also worked extensively within the public sector at federal and state levels in Australia and in the UK, at local and national level. Her global exposure has helped to develop her ability to relate to a broad range of audiences, adapt her message and to provide respectful challenge to her clients to self-reflect and further develop their thinking, behaviour and impact.
